Healing Through Breath, Balance, and Awareness

Hello and welcome to Pranadan-where breath meets transformation.

I’m Danail Donchev (Danny), and if you’re here, chances are you’re searching for something: healing, relief, clarity, energy, or simply a way to feel better in your body and mind. I know that journey well because I’ve walked it myself.

For years, I led what seemed like an ordinary life-working hard, keeping busy, and trying to manage the stresses that piled up. But beneath the surface, my health was crumbling.

  • Burnout, anxiety, and panic attacks became my daily companions.
  • My body felt like it was shutting down-headaches, heart issues, shortness of breath, gut problems, and brain fog plagued me.
  • I had issues with nearly every system in my body, leading to a long list of fears and phobias that made even simple tasks overwhelming.

The Breaking Point

I did what many do – I tried to push through. I practiced Yoga sporadically, worked obsessively, and numbed the stress with a few beers at night. It worked… until it didn’t.

A series of brutal burnouts left me barely eating, barely sleeping, and barely functioning. My body and mind had hit a wall.

That’s when I made the decision to let go.

I sold my businesses, cut out every stressor I could, and focused 100% on recovery.

I cleaned up my diet. I committed to Yoga more seriously. Things improved-but not enough. My chronic conditions lingered, and my sleep was still terrible.

Then, one night, everything changed.

The Breath That Changed Everything

I stumbled upon a discussion about breathwork. Desperate for relief, I tried it. A few long, deliberate breaths… and for the first time in years, I slept deeply.

That moment sparked an obsession.

I found a teacher who had healed from life-threatening conditions through breathwork. I trained under him, practiced relentlessly, and studied thousands of hours of:

  • Breathwork
  • Neuroscience
  • Detoxification
  • Biomechanics
  • Biohacking

I experimented, refined, and ultimately developed my own breathwork system – Pranadan Breathwork

What is Pranadan?

Pranadan is more than a practice-it’s a system designed to restore balance, energy, and deep healing through breathwork, movement, and awareness.

It’s based on science, personal experience, and thousands of hours of research. It’s for anyone who wants to break free from stress, anxiety, and chronic health struggles.

Testimonials

“I was gently guided through a deeply transformative breathwork session with so much care. Even it was online, Danny seemed energetically tuned into exactly what I needed. His soothing voice, thoughtful music, and intuitive pacing created a safe space for a powerful emotional release I didn’t even know I was carrying. It was more than a session-it was a shift. I’ve already recommended him to my closest loved ones.”

“Danny is truly the embodiment of what a breathwork coach should be. His presence is calm, grounded, and incredibly nurturing. He holds space with such authenticity and clarity, I felt completely supported every step of the way. His voice alone feels like medicine. I’m endlessly grateful for people who are walking in their gifts-and he absolutely is.”
– Lenny S.

Danny’s breathwork class was nothing short of life-changing. From the first breath, I felt held and encouraged, even as I moved through some intense emotional waves. It was my very first experience with breathwork, and though I wasn’t sure what to expect, I ended up releasing a belief I’d carried for years. I laughed, I cried, and I left feeling lighter than I had in a long time. I’ve explored many healing practices on my self-care journey, but this was one of the most powerful.”
